Embrace your challenges and thrive

Changing is difficult and requires motivation, practice and time. And sometimes we can’t do it by ourselves, either because we can’t find the solution to our problem, or because we know the solution but somehow can’t find the motivation to change, or even because we don’t really know what the problem is. Having worked more than 30 years in the corporate world, half of the time on people development topics, I have built a deep understanding of human interactions and the different challenges individuals come to face in rapidly changing environments. I make sure my clients feel understood, and I encourage them to move their thinking forward by challenging them in an easy-to-take way.

Are any of these situations familiar?

  • Moving to a new country or coming back from expatriation.

  • Leaving/wanting to leave the corporate world for a project more aligned with yourself

  • Coming back from maternity leave.

  • Feeling "stuck” between professional and personal constraints.

  • Feeling motivation slipping away from making any needed change in your life.

  • Being confronted to recurring problems such as stress, conflict, work life balance, lack of self-confidence, communication issues, too much emotions.

My approach

Every coaching engagement begins with a free coaching session, or “chemistry session”. Throughout this conversation, we’ll explore your goals, the coaching approach, and create a customized program to meet your specific needs and preferences.

A typical coaching programme consists of eight one-hour coaching sessions typically over an 8-month period. Sessions can be face-to face or remote. A goal and an outcome of the session are identified at the beginning of each session. We check-in after the fourth session to review progress made towards the objectives of the programme, discuss how the coaching relationship is working and make any adjustment if needed.

I will provide a safe space for reflection where we will:

  • explore your situation,

  • look at the relational system in which yourself and the situation evolve,

  • help you see things from a different angle,

  • identify the needed changes and how and when you can practice these changes so that you can achieve your goals.

Working with Flore has been truly transformative for me. Our coaching sessions have provided me with invaluable clarity and direction. She is highly responsive to the issues I bring to each session, helping me refocus on achievable steps and breaking down complex challenges into manageable actions. This method has not only allowed me to express myself freely but also helped me gain new perspectives, generating insights for meaningful actions that enable sustainable change. I highly recommend Flore to anyone seeking expert guidance and support in their personal or professional journey.
