MEET FLORE
Through a career in management consulting within Accenture and Capgemini, and as an international HR Executive within Boston Consulting Group, I have a deep understanding of challenges individuals and teams come to face in rapidly changing and highly demanding environments.
As a coach, working in French and in English, I help my clients get clarity, build influence and lead with purpose. My sessions are tailored to my clients specific needs, and they value structured sessions, honest partnership, and the momentum that follows.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
A typical coaching programme consists of 8-10 1-hour coaching sessions over an 8-month period, as we work through four stages. Each session is designed to suit the way you work best.

Our first session begins with where you are now, where you are trying to get to and what changes you need to achieve that goal. From there we make a plan of action.

Diagnostic tools, powerful questioning and self-reflection exercises facilitate insight and learning from which you can build your action plan. You’ll experience a keen focus and greater motivation as strategies take effect.

We check-in after the fourth session to review progress. You may discover new areas or goals you’d like to focus on. We make time to reflect and refocus as you need to.

We take what’s effective and put your new strategies into regular use, to build a reliable set of resources you can turn to whenever situations get challenging.
