My journey, from Mathematics to Executive Coaching

As a child I was passionate about Mathematics, and I graduated as an engineer. I was also curious about how businesses operate. I went to change management consulting - working within Accenture and Capgemini - where I learned how to help individuals and organisations embrace change which led me to People Development. I had the opportunity to recruit and coach Executives when developing my executive search business and I gained international experience by taking on different HR Executive roles spanning across Europe, South America, Africa and then Asia Pacific - working within LEK Consulting and Boston Consulting Group. All the while continuing to develop my understanding of human behavior, getting certified in systemic brief therapy by the Palo Alto school, and helping individuals embrace their challenges and thrive through coaching and mentoring.

Fully dedicated now to my practice, I coach individuals and teams in Asia Pacific and in Europe, in French and English.

Having lived in very different countries such as France, the UK, the US, Brazil, Hong Kong has kept my curiosity fresh, challenged my own ability to change and allowed me to develop a non-judgemental approach.

I love to listen to people journey and learn about them, their world, their culture. I never say no to a challenge, this being starting improvisational theater, participating to Dragonboat races or walking a marathon by night in London for a charity.
