Tips to rise from middle to senior management position

Great podcast from Harvard Business Review about how to move from a middle management position to a senior one, and "un-stuck" ourselves. Some tips resonated a lot with what I see in my coaching practice when working on women leadership topic:
💡 Set clear career goals and map the next steps, to make intentional and strategic choices
💡 Unpack your fear when facing the opportunity to get it
💡 Be visible to the right people, build your reputation, project your value and experience
💡 Say firmly you want this senior management position, now
💡 Evaluate your leadership style to be able to fill the gaps when needed
💡 Be realistic about the opportunities your current company can provide you with
💡 Create your own opportunity which your company and you will benefit from
