Ask your GenAI agent for questions instead of answers
Yesterday I attended a training session organized by System In Motion generously hosted by Banyan Workspace about GenAI. We learned how to write detailed prompts so that our GenAI agent gives us the best answer it can. I discovered (I am a beginner!) that you can ask your agent to ask you questions and by doing that help you advance further your thought process. My case example was how to build a brand awareness strategy. The questions it asked me really helped me think much deeper about my audience and my offers.
🛑So, you are not anymore alone when thinking about a topic, preparing for a meeting or a tough negotiation?! 💡Maybe instead of looking for answers when using a GenAI agent, we should look for questions to help us advance our thinking and improve our self-reflection ability. Side benefit: the risk of hallucination will be null.
As an executive coach and team coach, I am a firm believer in questions (see my previous post about The Art of Asking Smarter Questions), so I really like it.
Some may argue that I am cutting off the branch I am sitting on. If it is for the good, I am ok with it. And we will always need the human touch to be coached on deep personal issues.
